How much does it cost to get started?

Absolutely nothing. We cover all setup, installation, and management costs. There’s no upfront investment or hidden fees.

Who takes care of restocking and maintenance?

We do. Our team monitors inventory remotely and handles all restocking, servicing, and technical support—so you don’t have to.

Can we choose what products go in the station?

Yes. Every location is different, so we customize the selection to match your audience—whether that’s health-conscious snacks, daily essentials, or grab-and-go meals

Where should the micro market or vending station go?

High-traffic areas like lobbies, lounges, break rooms, or near elevators work best. We’ll recommend the ideal placement during your free site visit.

How often is everything restocked?

Most locations are restocked 1 to 3 times per week, depending on usage. Our system tracks stock levels in real time, so shelves are rarely empty.

What happens if there’s a technical issue?

We’ve got it covered. If a unit needs service, our team responds quickly—typically the same or next business day.

Do we need to sign a contract?

Yes, we provide a simple placement agreement to outline responsibilities and access. It’s fully flexible—you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice, no strings attached

How long does installation take?

Installation is typically completed within 6 weeks from the date your plan is approved. This includes site planning, equipment preparation, setup, and initial stocking. We coordinate everything to ensure a smooth, turnkey launch.

How much space does it take to set up a store?

A single Smart Fridge, Freezer, or Pantry is 79″ tall × 30″ wide × 38″ deep. A full Micromart setup with 2 Fridges and 1 Pantry requires about 90″ x 38″ of floor space.

What if a customer puts something back?

The system is smart enough to tell. AI-powered visual sensors track every movement and only charge for items removed after the door closes. Anything put back isn’t charged.

How does the system know what was taken?

Each product is pre-registered in the system using its packaging. AI sensors inside the cabinet recognize items by their appearance as they’re removed.

How does payment work?

Customers pre-authorize a credit card to unlock the fridge. Once they close the door, the system charges them automatically for the items taken.
